Delivery in Singapore
WhiskAffair SG deliveries are carried out by a third-party delivery provider. For questions or problems with a delivery, please contact us directly using the details below.
Festive delivery dates and times
Select a delivery date in your basket before checkout. Our 2026 festive delivery windows are:
- 10, 17, 24 and 31 October: 12 noon–4pm.
- 3 and 5 November: 4–7pm.
All times are Singapore time. Please ensure someone is available during the applicable delivery window. For special delivery requirements, contact us before placing your order.
Delivery charges
- Orders with 1–5 delivery locations: S$10 per location.
- Orders with 6 or more delivery locations: S$8 per location for all locations in that order.
For example, five locations cost S$50 and six locations cost S$48. At checkout, select the delivery option matching the total number of locations. Entering extra addresses does not automatically change the delivery charge.
Sending to more than one address
You may enter details for up to 10 locations in your basket, or send us your address list separately by email or WhatsApp, including as a Word document. Include your order number, recipient names, phone numbers, full addresses with postal codes and unit numbers where applicable, and the gifts for each location.
For more than 10 locations, please email us to arrange delivery. Delivery is charged per location even if you send the address list separately. The location count, address list and allocation of gifts need to be confirmed before dispatch.
Receiving your order
Please check your delivery details carefully and ensure someone is available to receive these perishable items. Follow the storage and shelf-life instructions on the product page and supplied with your order.
If an address needs correcting, a recipient is unavailable or a delivery has not arrived, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation with the delivery provider.
